Our country is rich in coal-producing, the mining major accidents happensfrequently,the coal mine safety management level is low,and the security situation isstern.Therefore it is very important to improve and enhance the enterprises andgovernment departments on mine emergency management capabilities, theestablishment of coal mine safety management information system of coal miningenterprises. With the development of computers, microelectronics, semiconductor andRF technology has spawned a radio frequency identification RFID technology,thecharacteristic of RFID technology to facilitate tracking and identifyingwhich makes itinto various fields and has important implications. A typical RFID system is a uniqueelectronic product code digital memory chip implanted into a single object, receivingequipment can activate RFID label, read ing and changing data, and transmittinginformation to the host computer for further processing. Based on the RFID technologyin coal mine safety management system is under the background of this research anddevelopment.In this paper, the construction safety production monitoring system as background,combined with the actual situation of the mine, the RFID technology and computercommunications combine to create a KJ133C type mine safety production monitoringsecurity personnel positioning system. Main work is done by the hardware installationsettings and applications, using vc delphi programming languages involved with dataacquisition system design and monitoring system designed to address the application ofRFID technology in the coal mine problems in the field. The system innovation isthrough the leaky cable signal covers add locator, through the data acquisition systemand monitoring system functional design, to achieve precise positioning of movingtargets underground. The system solves the problems: First, the signal attenuationproblem; Second leakage card problem; three sub-station identification range is smallproblem; four is to identify the region of small sub-station can not locate the problem.Through leaky cable communication technology makes each KJF82A readerintrinsically safe mine sub-station or KJF82A.1mine intrinsically safe wireless transceiver actual signal coverage range up to750-1050m effective roadway, but alsothrough the leaky cable transmission the signal can be evenly cover a variety of roadway,area, free underground complex terrain, reaching all mine, full coverage, fullimplementation of personnel positioning system to pinpoint the highest level.The system is through the underground tunnel distance moving target informationcollection and processing of non-contact automatic identification capabilities of mobile,stationary and other conditions, to solve the the initialization program design library andcommunication, and receive data software design applications to send data and interruptfunctions of the program to prepare; positioning tracking software main content the RFchip mode conversion and receive RF data to send RF data software design application,the written communication with the MCU SPI interface program, which achieve aneffective, real-time, real-time tracking of personnel monitoring and positioning, toachieve the purpose of effective identification and monitoring and control of coal mineworkers in and out.
