| As the pillar of national economic development,industry is not only a measure of a country’s overall level of development,but also a direct impact on people’s daily lives.The higher the level of industrial modernization,the faster the pace of social development,people’s material life will be relatively rich and full,so all countries in the world are trying to develop the industry to promote the development of the whole social economy.After decades of development,although construction of China’s industrial modernization has made great achievements,there is still a gap compared with some western developed countries.Especially with the development of workshop equipment tends to the direction of gradual scale,diversity and complexity,the higher requirement of the information management of workshop inspection work is put forward.In view of the problems such as the lack of inspection,low working efficiency,poor reliability of the inspection data,information records of inspection easily losing,the difficulty of storage and other issues in workshop inspection work,this paper focuses on the research and development of patrol location system based on RFID.It is used to locate the patrol personnel and record the data with RFID technology,modern embedded technology,WiFi wireless communication technology and other technology,to improve the efficiency of equipment inspection,to ensure the reliability of the inspection data and to facilitate the implementation of unified management of inspection data.The main work of this paper can be summarized as follows:(1)The overall scheme design of the inspection and location system.Through the analysis of RFID,embedded system and WiFi communication technology,several commonly used indoor positioning technologies are compared and analyzed.Considering application scenarios and environmental factors,RFID technology is chosen to identify and locate the inspectors.The working principle of RFID technology is analyzed and data modulation process of RF system is studied.At the same time,combined with advantages of RFID and WiFi technology,the overall structure of system is built with RFID technology as the core and WiFi network as data transmission media.(2)The selection and design of hardware system for patrol positioning system.According to the actual needs of system,UHF RF reader and a hand-held terminal are designed.The highly integrated UHF RFID reader chip AS3992 of Austria microelectronics is selected as the RF chip and according to the performance of AS3992 chip,the hardware equipment is selected.On this basis,the chip selection of control module,human-computer interaction module,data acquisition module and WiFi communication module are completed and the corresponding hardware circuit design and performance test are completed with the design principle of the circuit is analyzed.(3)The design of software of patrol inspection system and the design of monitoring platform.According to the implementation process of patrol positioning,the transplant of μC/OS-Ⅱsystem is completed and the design of positioning function module,liquid crystal display module,data acquisition module and data transmission module is carried out.The software of the upper computer monitoring module is designed by using computer programming language Visual Basic,which can realize the real-time positioning of the patrol personnel,data inquiry of equipment inspection and inspection of the staff.(4)Research on indoor location algorithm of RFID.By analyzing and studying the RFID indoor positioning algorithm,an improved RFID positioning algorithm for inspection is proposed.The target position is calculated based on the VIRE algorithm combined with nonlinear spline interpolation method.Finally,the algorithm is simulated by MATLAB,through data analysis and summary to prove that this algorithm can effectively solve the problem of inaccuracy the VIRE algorithm using linear interpolation method,improve the positioning accuracy of the system,which can better meet the needs of inspection personnel positioning workshop under complex environment.Through debugging and testing,the workshop inspection and positioning system based on RFID realizes the real-time positioning of inspectors,the identification of inspectors’ information,the transmission of inspection and positioning data and the communication between the host computer and the wireless network,providing a guarantee for the enterprise to grasp the running state status of the equipment in real time and improving the information management level of the enterprise. |
