With the development of society and the progress of science，the proportion ofdigital information resources in society information is growing rapidly. The study aboutdigital library and digital publishing is becoming a focused issue in the fields of countryand society. This thesis is based on the existing conflict between the digital library andthe digital publishing on the aspects of standardize construction, market managementand copyright protection. the purpose of this thesis is to find out the balanced resultabout the cooperation between the digital library and the digital publishing and proposescorresponding solutions to improve the cooperation of the digital library and the digitalpublishing further on the basis of what is a systemic analysis on those problems aboutthe cooperation of the digital library and the digital publishing by establishing a varietyof game models. I hope that this article can make the research of the theory and thepractice about the digital library and the digital publishing perfect and improve theinformation construction,economic and literacy of our country.
