Research On Synergy System And Operating Mechanism Of Digital Library

With the development and change of social surroundings,information technology and network environment,the synergetic management of digital libraries has become a new trend in the future development and study of the library cause.The synergetic practice of digital libraries is the core motive force promoting the development of the library cause.However,quite unlike the synergetic theory's focus on exploring the transformation mechanism and law of the system structure in the fields of enterprise management and computer,the present synergetic study of our country's digital libraries still stays on the surface cooperation,that is,the cross-system and cross-region library associations mostly deal with the synergetic system,organizational form and managerial level of digital libraries,and has not yet probed into the synergetic operating principles and mechanism of the system.Therefore,to truly realize the synergy of digital libraries,we must concentrate on the deeper-level organizational framework and system.In the context of the above-mentioned research,taking raising,analyzing and solving problems as the main thread,and on the basis of the predecessors' achievements,this thesis,guided by the thought of systems theory,makes a comprehensive use of synergetic theory,swarm intelligent theory,complex systems theory,game theory,and approaches the synergy of our country's digital libraries.The thesis first introduces the subject background,research significance,relative research status quo,research contents,research methods and the thesis'composite structure;next,it deals with the involved relative concepts and theoretical bases,laying a foundation for the follow-up research;and then,in the light of the synergetic theory and game theory,it analyzes the connotation,characteristics,historical philosophy analysis,operation mechanism,game mechanism.restraint mechanism,guarantee mechanism,and based on this,sets up the organizational framework,synergetic model and realization mechanism;and further,by utilizing the swarm theory,complex system and swarm intelligent theory and game theory,it delves deeply into the concepts,organizational characteristics,swarm systems effect,organizational form,technological strategic management,systems evolution mechanism,game mechanism,and on this basis,constructs the mechanism design and optimum model of the swarm system of digital libraries.The thesis'main part focuses on the following points(1)To truly effect the synergetic management of the digital library system,we should step from organizational alliance to swarm management,for swarming involves the inner organizational structure,operation mechanism and application-aspect technological problems of the digital library system to a greater extent.So,the thesis introduces the swarm concept and regards the digital library as a swarm system.In the first place,in the exterior organizational form,the swarm system of digital libraries is a spatial assemblage of different-scale-and-degree libraries with multiple division-cooperation relations that amass in a certain region closely linked together with their related institutions and organizations through the intersecting network relation,representing a brand-new library organizational form bordering on department ownership and division,its essential property being the networking and interaction of inner behavioral subjects;in the second place,in the interior system structure,the swarming,as a distributing synergetic system in which every individual shows certain swarm intelligent behaviour through cooperation and interaction,has the features of robustness and self-organization.The system structure,based on partial optimum,has more advantage over the traditional centralized control system in efficiency and robustness.(2)Construct a synergetic model of entity operation and management of digital libraries by implementing synergetic theory and swarm technology.On the one hand,by applying the synergetic theory,we clarify the inner synergetic interactive form of the synergetic system of digital libraries,and through the managerial structure and re-organization on the organizational level such as strategic diagram,balanced score card,synergy between the system and exterior synergists,synergetic process control and global strategic synergy,etc.,we help the digital library system to define and acquire the synergetic value-increasing profit of digital libraries.On the other hand,we apply the mechanism design and optimum model of multiple swarm system of swarm technology digital libraries.(3)By applying the game theory into digital library synergy,we analyze the relationship of cooperation and competition among multiple subjects of synergetic subjects and swarm system,and adjust the synergetic operation condition of the system entity from the microcosmic level so as to better serve the digital library system in playing its synergetic effect.
