The Design And Implementation Of Student Financial Assistance Management System For Hunan Vocational College Of Art

Hunan Vocational College of Art found a student financial assistance management center, giving comprehensive guidance for the College’s national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships and national grants evaluating. The center also is in charge of national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships and national grants’ selection, organization and reporting work related specifically. To help the college financial assistance management center developing students’ assistance work, the college leadership proposed the establishment of student financial assistance management system. It’s easily to achieve national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, national grants and other funding projects’ declaration, examination, statistics through such a management information system.In this paper, we describe the design and implementation of the Hunan Vocational College of Art student financial assistance management system, and with the help of UML language including use case diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram and activity diagram we described requirements, design and realization of the student financial assistance management system. First we get the student financial assistance management system’s needs, analysis management process of national scholarship, national inspirational scholarships and national grants, and then analysis function requirements of cases in system through the UML use case diagram. Select the SSH framework as system technical architecture to design student financial assistance management system based on B/S model. Combined with the function of the system:national scholarship management, inspirational scholarship management, national grants management, poor students database management, statistics and system management, we design classes and methods of the functions, and use the UML class diagram and sequence diagram visualize our design. Use SQLServer2008database as student financial assistance management system’s database, and describe the table structure of data. Finally we realize the function of the system overall, and perform a function test. Using Java programming language, adopting SSH framework integrated with Struts, Spring and Hibernate framework, using relational database SQLServer2008, the student financial assistance management system concrete realizes functions such as national scholarship management, inspirational scholarship management, national grants management, poor students database management, statistics and system management functions, The system completes application and approval process of national scholarship, inspirational scholarships, national grants scholarships, and realizes information maintenance of the functions, set up of dynamic forms. The system completes application, reporting, audit process of data, provided an information management platform for the Hunan Vocational College of Art student financial assistance management center.
