The system mainly includes that the students’ basicinformation management, the students’ achievement management, the coursemanagement, Comprehensive evaluation, scholarship management and usermanagement. It can realize the computer management of information input, modify,delete, query and other functions, striving to improve the functioning of the systemand simple operation. Not only meeting the current needs of the scholarshipevaluation, but also leaving some space for the system in the future possibledevelopment.The scholarship evaluation system can run in operating system of Windows xp orWindows2003. The web server is IIS. The database server is Microsoft SOL Server2008. Development tools use Microsoft VisualStudio.NET and DreamWeaver. Afterthe system running, users login need to judge through the competence, the ordinaryuser can browse, read and query student information, system manager in addition toordinary users can complete the operation, but also can manage the students’ basicinformation management, query and other functions of the scholarship. In addition,fully consider the safety system, the system running environment for IIS securitymanagement settings, on the user information stored on the database encryption, usingADO.NET technology to access OLE DB directly connected to the database, the dataaccess process is simple and high efficiency, so that the whole information system canalways efficient, stable running and responding to relatively large access flow. At thesame time, it has draw lessons from a meaning for the development of other system.
