China's GDP per capita in 2015 exceeded 52,000 RMB and the GDP is keeping growth every year,the Chinese people's quality of life is increasing.With the rapid development of China's national economy,the rise of online media and the We-media,everyone becomes the disseminator of information and the sponsors about micro-public welfare because of using microblog and WeChat.Now,the study of micro-public welfare is increasing rapidly,but with the new media relative to the traditional media,its role in the development of public welfare can not be ignored.The development of public welfare undertakings in China can be seen in pews media reports-SHEN NEWS which published in 1903,"Shandong relief'.Then the media gradually recognized the importance of public welfare reports,and pay more attention on the development of public welfare reports.Xin'an Evening News as the most influential newspaper media in Anhui Province,since its inception is committed to public welfare reports,from the initial simple "rescue" reported to the the protection of environment,health,education and public safety.However,in Xin'an Evening News to participate in a number of public welfare reports,students funding reports can be said to be unique,both scattered for help reports and there-are public welfare brand column.In the province of other media,Xin'an Evening News'reporting has a certain representation,a good interpretation of the aim-" the newspaper for people,let the people to see"which helping the students into the campus,at the same time promoting the development of Anhui Province education.Facing of a variety of new media reporting on public welfare,Xin'an Evening News as a traditional media,how about the reporting content?What are the characteristics and effects and the reporting strategy?Meeting the thriving situation about the new media public welfare,the traditional media development of students founding encounter bottlenecks,Xin'an Evening News must to find a breakthrough point,how to improve its situation?In this paper,through the case analysis and content analysis and so on,through analysing a typical case on Liqun sunshine to explore the meaning and impact of social development and how to develop better.This is the main content of this paper.According to this idea,the main content of this paper is divided into six parts.The introduction part mainly elaborates the origin of the topic and the purpose and significance of the research.In addition,through the integration of relevant literature research that we can understand the domestic research situation,and to achieve the foothold of for this paper.Because this paper is based on the report of Xin'an Evening News,this paper focuses on the research methods and the innovation of the thesis.The first chapter is the status of Xin'an Evening News.First of all,to explain the concept so that readers can clearly understand the research object and achieve the general content of the study.In addition,the analysis of the origin of Xin'an Evening News' public welfare report shows that the necessity of its existence.The last section is to classify the types of reports by analyzing the textual content.The second chapter is to analysis the Xin'an Evening News typical report of students fundings-Liqun sunshine,the author highlighted the reason of selection on media and reporting samples.Through the analysis of the content of more than 200 samples in 9 years,the author mainly summarize the news title,the theme of news,news picture and so on.Then in the third chapter of the paper,we will further analysis the report strategy.The fourth chapter mainly expounds the characteristics and influence of Xin'an Evening News.Basing on the author's previous research,the last part is summing up the weak point of Xin'an Evening News' public welfare report on students funding and the proposals of future development.
