In recent years, along with the more modern meteorological business gradually modernization, the meteorological observation data and the amount of information required to rapidly increase, the meteorological service requirements in the data acquisition and processing process must be c rapid, quantitative, objective and scientific, from which we could extract some of the most important and meaningful information. Meteorological observation data management software system is to adapt to this kind of development and the development of requirements and trends across the country-level city meteorological department of social demand. Such systems were established in line with the actual situation of meteorological information publishing platform in the region.In these information platform, through the data to predict the weather information system of meteorological information mining is still very rare.The build of fine numerical weather prediction model with high resolution is the mainstream of atmospheric science research and numerical weather prediction model of business development. With the development of high performance computing, high performance computing continues to expand the scale. In the face of high performance computer system per second peak performance petascale, numerical weather prediction model can make full use of the calculation ability provided by the platform, to solve the complicated scientific computing and massive data processing problems, depending on the numerical model of parallel computation scheme and parallel implementation method, especially the computational efficiency of the core algorithm.This paper tried to apply the theory and technology of data prediction to meteorological publishing software. The paper first done its requirement analysis and software design., and then used some system examples to show the relevant functions of the software. This paper focuses on the GRAPES model to realize mining and query, the meteorological data, therefore, mainly introduced the meteorological data prediction module functional requirements, detailed design, processing of meteorological data, meteorological data mining program design. The paper mainly introduced the functional requirement, detailed design, the process of meteorological data, and the realization of the system. It studied the design of the GRAPES model prediction module based on the data, and other modules.
