With the improvement of weighing technique, intelligent and digital facilities arerequired to replace the analog ones which used before. According to the present situationand development of weighing technique, methods related in intelligent, network andprecision weighing are studied in this thesis.and an intelligent loadcell digitizing unitseparated from the analog loadcell is designed to realize the digital alteration that makesan analog loadcell change to an intelligent one. The contributions of the thesis arepresented as follows:1)Based on a24-bit∑-△Analog to Digital Converter unit CS1232, AC Excitation,Six-Wire System (compatible with four-wire) and the ratio metro technology, Automaticzero tracking and digital temperature compensation;2)32-bit microcontroller STM32F103which is use Cortex-M3technology,themaximum working frequency is72MHz; Using RS-485/RS232interface for externalcommunication, The protocol is using ASCII code. JTAG interface for in-circuitdebugging, flash programming and on-line firmware upgrade;3)Based on uCOSII operating system;4)The max sampling rate reaches80Hz, the moving average algorithm to ensure thestability;Based on the above software and hardware design, the weighing system is stable andreliable,n=18000,|e|≤0.0005, so that it can be used in various weighingequipment and industries.
