Oriented to distributed measurement & control system, the low power intelligent instruments with battery is one of the focuses in electrical engineering and automation. The dissertation proposed the design of a low power intelligent weighing meter based the author's teaching experience and the techniques of transducer and microcontroller, aim at a platform for the study on relative theory and technology.In preparing the dissertation the author took a deep study on the techniques concerning low power design, selected the NBA-3 weighing sensor and a AD converter with programmable amplifier to form the channel of weight measurement, designed the meter's main structure and individual hardware modules such the LCD driver, UART & SPI interface, and the power supplies backed by lithium battery. The dissertation also designed the software including the main program and software modules, studied low power strategy. |
