The design technique and its realization of the Delta uninterruptible power supply (UPS) are reseached in the distertation, in order to gain the certain theories and technique foundations of the new power supply(UPS).According to the requestion of numeralization, greenness and high frequency, the dissertation takes the research of Delta UPS as the core research content, the advantages of the input power factor, the power deliver and etc are analyzed. Then one prototype on-line Delta UPS is designed based on digital signal processor (DSP) and embedded real-time operation system.The converter as the core of the Delta UPS determines the system performance. The numeralization average state space method employed the numeralization PID control method is realized to control the Delta converter and the main converter. The non-linear influence of the load and the dead effect are discussed in detail, and a compensation method of the PWM dead effect based on the high-speed logic circuit is puts forward.The input power factor and the power deliver are dealed with in the dissertation. Also the design process of the UPS controller based on digital signal processor (DSP) is set forth. The design and realization of the reguble voltage circuit, real-time clock circuit, A/D conversion circuit, interface circuit of IPM module and etc. are achieved, and the anti-interference steps of the system are analysed.Finally, the characteristic of the system software is analysed in detail. For the real-time requisition, the embedded real-time operating system based on theμC/OS- II as the software develoption platform is introdued to the control system, and is debug to pass on the hardware based on TMS320LF2407A DSP. For the software realization, the kernel of DSP RTOS is transplant into TMS320LF2407A DSP. The software system is partitioned the several missions according the function module based on the software develoption platform of DSP RTOS. The program flows and codes of the main missions such as keyboard scan, PWM generation, CAN communication are get hold off to provide the convenience for the program develoption, the future maintenance and upgrade.
