With the continuous development of the food industry, not only do foodcompanies need to compete for market on food varieties but they also ought toreinforce food sales management. To enable large enterprises operating system hasscientific manageability and foresight, informatization of enterprise operations isimperative.This paper is based on Marketing Management System for a food company inChangchun. The project combines existing enterprise information system with theenterprise sales management, proposes functional requirements according to theinformatization characteristics of the food business. The project, based on Javaarchitecture, designs and develops sales management system with company’s thinkingand builds a modernization information platform. With food enterprise sales as thecore, system requirements extend to the entire enterprise management system.According to the actual operating mode of enterprises, specific functionalrequirements include the building management functions of sales modes, enterpriseinformation, platform information, product entering-warehouse, productout-of-warehouse, product inventory, quality and platform query functionality. Thesystem aim to help food companies, particularly sales department on the innerworkings of timely and correctly analyzing, obtaining, and processing massive,dynamic and complex data and information. System objectives are to regulate theenterprise management processes, improve the management efficiency and enhancemanagement efforts.This system is based on the technology of JavaEE, select Tomcat7and MySQLas Web server and database separately, and it makes full use of the MVC pattern. Themodel layer adapt DAO design pattern to reduce coupling of the model layer andcontrol layer, and the control layer is separated from the view layer completely. Theproject is implemented using the light weight method by joint of filter and reflection. The SSH framework failed to be chosen because the open frameworks are bloated.Templates take advantages of JSTL technology to enhance logic visual dynamics andsystem flexibility. The DAO layer is defined and encapsulated derived fromCommons DBUtils of Apache. The system reinforces extensibility and reducesoverhead, is faster than SSH and easier to configurate by the improvements andoptimizations.The developing of the system optimized the traditional marketing process and evenled the reform of part of organization structure and the intended target wasachieved.The data stream was integrated and the early system was reused to avoidrepeative construction. The system improved the management efficiency andenterprise benefit. The informatization level was increased significantly andemployees were more adapted to informatization. The system laid the technicalfoundation of company’s further information system.
