In this age of change, even though some emphasize the legal spirit, the judicial independence also comes across a vast amount of difficulties and challenges. Thus, as the demanding and supervising from different angles in this society and individuals’ life, the supervisory function of the News Media must be used in a right way and controlled in this processing, which is beneficial to ensure the judicature being public and fair. However, not all of medias can do it well, some of them obey this rule, such as predicting the result of the case, doing some reports over their power and even espousing a few details, which is called Media TrialVarious scholars hold different opinions in China, some keep neutral, while others argue that it is unreasonable and it results in detrimental effects on the law.In this essay, firstly, I’m going to discuss that how to report a popular case or event which is cared by number of individuals and draw some suggestive conclusion that leading public opinion in a right way and using the correct right. Secondly, making the standard of media supervision and judgmental behavior in law facilitates the development of the society. Highly-quality journalism teams are beneficial to both the development of journalists and media companies and the domestic industry development.
