The late90s of last century, the "media trial" began to enter the fieldof vision researchers, widely discussed in the relevant fields. Today, the"media trial" related research voluminous, but the “media trial"phenomenon still occur. The author believes that the most direct andfundamental reason is lack of self-discipline media and legal awareness.Meanwhile, the specification has not yet introduced Articles practitioners,academics, media studies regarding the reasonableness of bordersupervision, and these two “media trial" phenomenon has not effectivelyprevented the main reason. For the assumed identity of the news media"press freedom" rights to their demands,“public opinion " spokesperson,reporting its improper judicial intervention presupposes a plausiblepremise. I believe that only conducting an isolated case analysisinevitably confined to a corner. A real fundamental difference between“media trial" and public opinion causes mechanism of combing "mediatrial" phenomenon occurred in the system. This article perched richacademic achievement “media and justice" in the field of research,demonstrating personal views from the following aspects:The first chapter is the introduction, describing the researchbackground, significance, current research, theoretical framework andanalysis methods.The second chapter is a case study, the author selects a typical caseof the four media oversight or media trial since the reform and opening up.There is attempts to conduct a comparative analysis of changes in China’smedia oversight including the environment and "media trial" rheologicalphenomena, showing media supervision "media trial" with distinction. The third chapter is the theoretical analysis. The connotation ofpublic opinion around the author, attributes, and the role of rationalitypremise study. And the meaning of the trial for the media, motivation andthe negative effects start on. Trying to clarify the "media trial" and mediasupervision boundaries.The fourth chapter is Countermeasures. I countermeasures justiceresponses from the media for effective prevention of "media trial"phenomenon to explore the feasibility.
