The author believes that the most direct andfundamental reason is lack of self-discipline media and legal awareness.Meanwhile, the specification has not yet introduced Articles practitioners,academics, media studies regarding the reasonableness of bordersupervision, and these two “media trial" phenomenon has not effectivelyprevented the main reason.
