Design And Implementation Of Tax Check Management Information System For Changchun Local Taxation Bureau

Changchun tax inspection bureau is a department of Changchun local taxationbureau, Changchun tax inspection bureau bear an unusually large share of inspectivework about enterprises. The investigation of enterprises has reached more than1000ayear. The inspected enterprises amount in2012has been reached1646. These casesabout inspected enterprises were distributed by four tax officers. Every tax officerdistributed412cases. Need more than60inspectors to carry out the inspection,according to two people a team to inspect one case, each team need to inspect54cases one year. In the progress of inspection, tax inspectors need to read more than30kinds of law enforcement documents. Thus, three tax inspection departments forenterprise inspection cases bear the heavy works. So they need to use informationsystem to assist the staffs in investigating works.To implement the tax development plan outline in “twelfth five-year period”,improve the level of audit information technology and law enforcement security; meetthe urgent needs of the tax check management modernization. Combined with thecurrent working situation, Changchun local taxation bureau take more than11monthsto develop a tax check management information system, this system was used formake inspection files, inspection process control, inspection results analysis and effectevaluation. The tax check management information system has been put into usecurrently, and the effect is obvious.The research background, research significance, research contents, tax checkmanagement information system, research status and the thesis framework was firstintroduced in this paper, then the relevant technologies such as B/S、ASP、ADO andSQL Server2008database were introduced. Subsequently, a corresponding systemrequirements analysis was described, and the system design principle, system demandand analysis were elaborated. In this part, the necessity of inspect a tax inspection management system was described, and the business requirements were analyzed bydiagrams. Then, something related the system were introduced in this article,including the system architecture design, business process, system module design anddatabase design. In this section, the technologies used in this system and eightmodules of this system were emphasized, such as case-selected management,inspection management, inspection trial, files management, leadership management,statistical analysis, quality evaluation and system management. The system testsituation was also illustrated in this article. The testing situations of performancetesting and functional testing were described. Parts of operation interfaces of taxcheck management information system of Changchun local taxation bureau weredisplayed. Finally, on the basis of summarization of this paper, the further target anddirection of the next step work is prospected.
