Design And Implementation Of A Tax Audit Local Taxation Bureau Management Information System

Tax inspection is one of the key work of taxation management. According to the national tax related legal documents, tax inspection supervises and audits the taxpayers,handles the illegal personnel in accordance with the law. Using the method of manual inspection management, The local taxation bureau in Quanzhou has lots of problems, such as low efficiency, human factors and high error rates, the reason mainly because of adopting the index weight method for auditing. It is used in a certain extent, increasing the workload. And the process is relatively complex, needs lots of index number, makes accuracy used in larger deviation, influences the working efficiency and accuracy. In order to improve the information level of tax inspection, the taxation authority may adopt advanced science and technology to complete data collection, sorting, related application, to enhance law enforcement, improve the audit management ability.In this paper, the development of the current tax business of quanzhou local taxation bureau is carried on a careful analysis, combining with the characteristics of the business process and build suitable framework, and on the basis of the detailed elaborated the tax inspection management system operation process. After a careful analysis on the system,based on the actual business requirements, the system is divided into six functional modules,respectively is auditing diabetes mellitus, audit inspection, audit trial, audit implementation,comprehensive management and query statistics, and by using UML modeling tools to build the system use case diagram. This paper design the tax inspection management system is aimed at local taxation bureau, based on hierarchical modular design ideas, using the advanced J2 EE technology for the system framework, using the JAVA programming language, development tools for Eclipse, with Oracle11 g database data storage system,establish a B/S three layer architecture, and design, trial used to audit, implementcomprehensive tax inspection management system operation. This paper also studies the system structure, the possible problems when designing a database is prevented, and designs the corresponding solutions. According to the actual system requirements, this article illustrates the system design, and provides design for function realization..After the implementation of system development, the system function and performance has to be tested. The test results show that this system meets the business needs of quanzhou local taxation bureau, the performance can be achieved on the 7 * 24 hours operation, the running is stable, the error rate is low, and will be deployed in quanzhou local taxation system. With the observation of the practical application process, it can be seen that the tax inspection system can meet the demands of practical works, every aspect has reached the expected performance. It solves the common problems in tax work, improves the working efficiency and quality, promote s the development of the tax work, makes it more standardized and standardized.
