The dynamic management system for Inner Mongolia museum collection of artifacts completely changes the existing dynamic management mode of cultural relics, to realize the digital management. It can monitor the physical location of artifacts in the library in real time. Once the physical location changes, it immediately uploads to the management system. It synthetically utilizes the computer technology, Internet of things technology, wireless network technology and Internet technology to achieve automatic sense of cultural relics’status, make the operation mode of the dynamic management intelligently, simplify workflow and greatly improve the work efficiency.Some domestic museums in cultural relics’exhibition and management have carried on some related research, and some have achieved digital museum. But digital museums at present can only view the cultural relics’ relevant indicators and simulate exhibit cultural relics, but it doesn’t involve dynamic management of cultural relics. This paper focuses on the dynamic management of cultural relics, makes every piece of cultural relic with electronic tags, timely grasps the state of cultural relics by scanning electronic tags, and designs the whole structure and the working process of the dynamic management system.This article introduces the background of the topic and the purpose and significance of the research at first. After analyzing of the current domestic research in the field of digital museum management, it determines the direction of study in this paper. First of all, the overall framework and the need of hardware device of the dynamic management system is analyzed, including handheld inventory machine, channel identification door, wireless network equipment and etc. Secondly, after the introduction of hardware devices, it functionally develops the hardware of the system. Finally, it designs and developments the dynamic management system for Inner Mongolia museum collection of cultural relics based on the theory.
