At present, in the domestic most of the warehouse management system still stays in half automation level of human input information and the computer storage. There are many defects such as a poor efficiency of management, high labor costs, slow speed of information processing, low accuracy and so on. With the development of embedded devices and wireless communication technology, the Internet of things put the qr code technology, intelligent computing technology, rfid and wireless sensing technology combining and then applied to the warehouse management system to achieve items with the items’ mutual perception,networked and intelligent management purposes.Paper detailed expounds a kind of based on embedded technology of the Internet network remote warehouse and goods management system. The system uses the mobile terminal and PC as the monitoring terminal.The system build a wireless WIFI network and GPRS global mobile communication network between the processing architecture center Cortex-A8 and Mobile terminals. The system build ZigBee wireless communication network between the information collection center Cortex-M0 and information processing Cortex-A8 and then build the warehouse at the entrance.1.Through the global system for mobile communication GPRS cell phone to send text messages to information processing center Cortex-A8 and pass information to the ZigBee network information collection center Cortex-M0 to control warehouse lighting equipment, ventilation equipment and collect photos.2. Mobile terminal can login through the Internet network Web server BOA server and network video server MJPG- the streamer built on Cortex-A8 information processors to real-time video monitor on site.3.Environmental information of warehouse, real-time video and warehouse goods information displayed on the HTML web page. The mobile terminal through the firefox browser to land video server and watch the information. Information collection center Cortex-M0 connect a variety of sensors and build a wireless sensor network to collect the warehouse temperature, humidity, light intensity and CO2 concentration of the parameters,and then sends the data to the Cortex-A8 information processing center.The environment parameter set upper and lower limits. When the temperature and humidity of the warehouse, concentration of CO2, light intensity exceeds a threshold. The information collection center Cortex-M0 will trigger the alarm set off alarm and alarm information in SQLite3 database to distinguish it from when without the identity of the man broke into the warehouse trigger triaxial acceleration sensors generate alarms. Information of alarm trigger the thread of information processing. Goods in and out of warehouse registration using RFID technology, combined with the display and keyboard input type and quantity of the goods directly, and the information of the goods after the information collection center Cortex-M0 processing, and then through the Zigbee wireless network, transmitted to information processing center Cortex-A8, eventually in the database, the final goods information displayed on the PC and the Android mobile end HTML web page.This system realize mobile remote monitore a lot of warehouse at the same time, solved the traditional warehouse restricted by offices, need artificial site operation, not enough intelligent.The information input is not convenient and low accuracy of shortcomings.
