China as the world’s leading agricultural country. The agricultural production and consumption levels are among the highest in the world. But the development of the primary sector is very weak and uneven. The role of agriculture as the driving force behind the foundation of the industry plays in the economic development of our country is not very big, relatively backward agricultural country to take off and is not conducive to the realization of common prosperity. We should realize the reasons are complex, the most important reason is the lower development of China’s agricultural transport systems, the lower level of information, and science and technology intensity of agricultural services. Therefore, accelerating agricultural science and technology in the transportation system of our country and the safety of agricultural products to ensure the rapid development of agriculture has an important significance. This issue starts from the background of the agricultural development of the transport system, analyzing the advantages and the gap between China and foreign agricultural transportation system capacity of existing rural transport systems. Then, proposes a system combining wireless sensor networks and RFID (radio frequency identification technology) to build agricultural transport system as technical support for production, processing, distribution, inventory and consumption. Finally using the application revenue model, to give the impacts on earnings comparison between old and new modes of transportation system.Achieve a transportation system revenue Pareto improvement. by analyzing the price tag and the introduction of balancing factor.
