In contemporary society, with the development of economy, human being's living standards continue to improve, and humans'requirements for life quality have gradually increased. People are starting to pay more and more attention to the safety of their diet every day. So food safety problems have been mentioned in a very important position. For agricultural products, as the source of food, without saying that its safety is the most important. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a set of perfect agricultural product traceability system.As a relatively advanced technology, RFID has its advantages of fast recognition speed, large data capacity and easy to read etc., so it has been applied to all fields of life. In the whole agricultural product traceability system, collecting the information of agricultural products is a key link, which can be solved efficiently through the application of RFID technology.Based on the research of RFID technology, this paper designs a set of agricultural product traceability system based on RFID by combining the appropriate RFID equipment and software system. In terms of hardware, in each node of the entire agricultural product traceability process, attach the electronic tags to the agricultural products, write into the coding, read and write the information on agricultural products through the reader, so as to achieve the real-time updates of every process of agricultural products information.In terms of software, using the SQL2008 database, the agricultural products traceability system is designed by Java programming language. According to the need of the system,5 modules are constructed, including the input of agricultural production information, transportation information, processing information, sales information, and the inquiry of the agricultural product information. Finally, the system functions are tested by Myeclipse to achieve the purpose of safety traceability of agricultural products.
