Over the past years,with the expansion of China's military industry,the advanced technology continues to be applied in this field,and more and more military products have been manufactured.The transportation problems have become increasingly evident.Transportation of military products is particularly crucial,and the transport process of military products mainly includes two parts,one of which is that the products are transported from the factory to the storage warehouse,and the other of which is that the prouduct are transited until use.Modern transportation of military products is complex in the establishment of goal,precise in quality and secret in th e process of transportation,which requires the establishment of the information transport system with strong capabilities.The system can enable that a variety of important logistics information are stably and reliably stored in the information transport management platform,so that the various transport links will be in close connection to achieve the management and control of the location and status of military products.This paper mainly studies the transportation management of military products to solve the problems of information processing and transport links.The RFID technology is used to copy with data,and real-time data are transmitted to the server to achieve the upload and acquisition of data information.From the RFID system and Web software development and other aspects to start,the track of transport process and information management are realized.Through the map browsing operation,real-time information such as the running track of actual vehicle,the information of current or historical vehicles and the environment of the transportation products are acquired,and the collected product information,temperature and humidity curves,geographical coordinates and other information are obtained through the user interface of vehicle terminal devi ce flat.Once the abnormalities of the status of products or vehicle 's location are found,real-time alarm are sent to the master control to achieve the transport supervision of the enntire real-time product transport management process.DES encryption alg orithm is used to encrypt the entire RFID system to achieve the safe transport of products in the entire RFID system.The transportation information is monitored and controlled based on the Beidou communication network and GPRS wireless network to release and schedule the transport information.The competent authorities may inquire about the location and distribution of the manufacturers,distributors,warehouses and transit sites,and can facilitate the allocation of resources and rationally plan to grasp the stock and destination of all completed products in the shortest possible time so as to provide emergency measures.Through the analysis of military products manufacturing plant on the impact of radio frequency signals,the RFID operating frequency,effective distance,storage space,working mode and other parameters are determined according to the production management mode and the effective coverage area.Which can achieve the reading and writing functions of RFID.The system uses B/S system architecture and MVC design pattern.The system is designed to follow the RUP software process,and top-down construction system.Finally,this paper introduces the test environment,as well as the system testing and application testing part,and the system's communication functions,field test functions,environmental testing are analyzed.
