Coal production is very complex and important. There are numbers of workers working in and out of the mine, and production system is complex, so safe and efficient coal production play a very important role. State "Twelve Five-Year" plan put safe production to a very important position, safe mine production has also been attached great importance by enterprises leaders at all levels. Concept of coal mine enterprise safety management is directly related to mine safety, and even survival of enterprise.Aiming at the safety management status of coal enterprises, based on the advanced management concept of Kongzhuang mine and advanced management experience in domestic and foreign enterprises, safe and efficient production of coal mine6S supervision and management information system was put forward in this thesis. Advanced management experience of coal enterprises was discussed in theory, and long-term management experience of enterprise was combined with coal mine6S supervision and management theory in this thesis. At the same time, based on coal mine safety management concept, safety management culture of the coal mine enterprise was summarized. Finally, based on the combination of mine management experience and enterprise culture,6S supervision and management system of safe and efficient coal mine production was developed. This research plays an important role in the promotion of coal mine safety culture, the enhancing of the level of modern management of coal enterprises, the reduction of the potential mine security risks, and the improvement of mine safety factors.
