Design And Implementation Of Coalmine Safety Management Information System

In order to further promote the security management of coal enterprise scientificand standardized， to use modern information technology， set up the informationsystem applied coal security management. Give full play to the information system tothe auxiliary function of coal mine security management， to further improve the workefficiency， improve the management process， promoting the security management.The comprehensive application of computer technology， safety science andtechnology for coal mine security management information system， and provides themeasures for construction of coal security management information platform， tostandardize and improve the security management system， to provide decisionsupport for risk control， realize the effective transmission of information securitymanagement， to standardize， efficient operation of the objective， there is theimportant significance to the study of risk management in coal mine. In this paper，through the investigation and analysis， the comprehensive analysis in recent yearssecurity management information system based on the research results， research anddesign of management information system of coal mine security， constructionsecurity management information system based on B/S structure.This article， based on the actual coal mine risk pre control management systemconstruction， put forward to build the framework of security managementinformation system. From the description of demand analysis， scheme design，system detailed design， database design， implementation of key functions of thehazard identification， risk assessment， investigation and risk management etc. Todevelop such a security management information system which can achieve hazardidentification， risk assessment and early warning， hidden investigation andmanagement of closed loop management function， practicality， safety，operability.
