With the rapid development of Chinese road,there are more and more pressure from the vehicle. Road traffic safety problem becomes more and more important. Study on road traffic safety information management gradually develops in China.Recently,accident happens frequently on expressway. It caused heavy casualties and economic losses. High speed inspection efforts are also increasing, but the traditional investigation has low efficiency, time-consuming long and requires a great deal of manpower and material resources,which can not meet the needs of users. So,we choose Bus Intelligent Safety Information Based On Three Layer Architecture to improve the efficiency of the investigation on highway.The paper introduces the key technology of system,design concept of the system and the realization of the design.First of all, the key technology of the three layers of the B/S architecture and JSP are described in detail. Understanding the three layer B/S architecture, to provide a clear idea for design of intelligent safety information system of buses.Second, the paper introduces the overall design of intelligent safety information system of buses,which includes its design goals, physical design, design of user needs, and database design, providing a theoretical basis for the function of the system implementation.The main contents of the thesis are bus intelligent safety information system based on three layer architecture. By abstracting of different business process, the overall model of the system is given.The paper combine model with practice, design each function module of the system.Finally, through the study of the database backup and hot standby, this paper describes the security policy of sustainable and stable operation. The practice shows that this architecture not only reduces workload of develop code,but also improves the efficiency of highway passenger car,simplifies the high-speed traffic police work mode and reduces the consumption of manpower and material resources.
