In order to cope with increasing competitive inland car sales market, every vehiclemanufacturer begins to employ JIT (Just-In-Time) method one after another. It also, to acertain extent, forces parts suppliers to adapt to such producing rhythm and demand. On theone hand, vehicle manufacturing enterprises continually study the successful experiencewithin the field and optimize the internal producing management; on the other hand, base onthe reality of the enterprise themself and their supply chains, they also find the suitablepulling and supplying solution for their own manufacturing material.JIT was first used in the vehicle manufacturing industry and its kernel is visual pullmanagement. More mature pull solutions of sequence material, Kanban material and Andonmaterial are adopted in domestic vehicle manufacturing enterprises. This paper summarizesa series of relatively mature material pulling and supplying programs, and combines with thesituation of reality applying within the field, specifically analyzes their shortage andweakness, and proposes customized improving methods.To eliminate redundant staff in the solution of Kanban material-pull, displacementinformation of all vehicles on production line is record in real time; the system can matchKanban materials for every vehicle and calculate consumption for every Kanban material. As for disorder process of Andon material-feeding, material carrier can accept and finishdelivery tasks by the mobile terminal which is equipped on the material dolly. Besides these,one-on-one accompanying feeding program is put forward to improve supply of productionmaterial in the past. Pick out and place parts you required into the accompanying dolly in theprepicking area, then the dolly will be put into production line to follow the product vehiclefrom the right position, so the parts will be picked up from dolly and assembled on theproduct vehicle. Through improving, working of the staff in the workshop can be reduced,automation of material consuming calculating is improved; work of delivering materials canbe organized and controlled more reasonably and functionally, and the relationship of man-machine interaction during operating the delivering-materials mission is enhanced;furthermore, the labor intensity of the assembly operator on the producing line can belowered significantly and the mistake in the assembling can be avoid.The paper has also detailed description about the implementation of every improvingprogram, especially focusing on the technology indicators of data interface, workingprinciple and steps of core function units in every single program, and from the point ofview of software implementation, undertaking vivid analysis through stationary class chartand dynamic sequence chart. These means can provide reference and example for the designand implementation of similar software system, and fill vacancy in the software industry.The improved solution of material-pull and software are the positive guiding role invehicle industry and other manufacturings can provide them with operating technology, bestpractice and management standard in the process of carrying on similar program.
