Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Document Approval System Based On Workflow

Company’s various policy resources and various expenses budget must beapprovaled by the process to documentation approval workflows. The documentationsinclude the logistics costs bills, advertising costs bills and policy resource cost bills.In order to solve the problems in the process of documentation approval such asprocess time is too long,prone to error and approval process is relatively fixed,byuse of workflow technology, this paper design and implement enterprisedocumentation approval system, so that greatly improve company’s documentationapproval process, it has important application value and practical significance forimprove the level of enterprise informatization.Firstly, the paper discusses the background and research status of workflowtechnology, the enterprise documentation approval system requirements are described,gives a detailed description of the approval process definition, descriptes the writingand recording of documentaion, the documentatioin’s approval and control.Then the papaer discuss the technology related to the system design andimplementation process, discusses the Delphi software development platform, theMIDAS technology of Delphi multilayer architecture and multi-layer system structuredescription, the specific function of workflow model and workflow.Then the paper discusses the detailed design process of enterprisedocumentation approval, system structure and system network structure, discusses thesystem function structure, describes the detailed design of system database,thedetailed conceptual data model for database system is givened.Finally, the paper introduces the process of the system’s realization, the basicprocess of development of Delphi application system, including the definition of theserver application, the server program, the client program realization method, arediscussed; the realization method of the main class are descripted. The documentionapproval’s key storage process, realize and display of the core functional approvalprocess configuration are discussed.The documentation approval system is running normally, it implements theapproval process by the process configuration, standardizes the process of enterpriseapproval business, improves the ability to control business, realize each part of thebusiness treatment timely. The system improves the operation efficiency and the level of enterprise informatization greatly.
