In the continuous development of economic reform, the economy needs to adapt to the times the way to a dominant position in the competition today, and contrary to the era of the economic system in the insurance industry gradually lose the basis of survival. Therefore, the insurance company’s customer-centric business philosophy more respected. The insurance industry because of its uniqueness, with a large data, large fluctuations in characteristics such as high real-time requirements of the data, thus ensuring the company close contact with customers, maintaining customer relationships, enhance customer trust and improve customer loyalty, providing customers with good the pre-sale and after-sales service; use of insurance management system needs more support is imperative.Based on the above issues, combined with JAVA development of technology design and implementation of the insurance industry, customer relationship management information system. The main contents are as follows:1, MVC three-tier architecture and Microsoft SQLserver2005database design and implementation of a customer management system based on the insurance industry, the main features include basic system information settings, insurance business management, customer information management, team building, management, sales management functions of five modules, covering the insurance industry customer management focus and core functions.2, the demand for insurance customer management system analysis, system design, system implementation and system testing for a more detailed description. Basic information and settings for the system, the insurance business management, customer information management, team building management, sales management, and other major features, given the system’s implementation environment, interface design, realization process, the final results are given functional test system.After implementation of the project development, complete customer relationship management capabilities for insurance practitioners provide strong support, while for large customer data for timely and effective action to protect the quality of insurance services, maintenance and development of customer relationships play a positive effect and reduces the workload of insurance staff to improve work efficiency.
