E-government is the government agencies to use modern computer technology and network information technology, information technology, along with the continuous development and application of information technology as a national important part of the government building in national governments continue to carry out in depth, while the e-government building as a government building, the core content is listed in the priority development status. However, countries in actively promoting e-government process, especially when the Government took to the Internet after e-government information, without exception, have been plagued by security problems. E-government information service has become to support government information and even to protect its vitality and healthy development of an important foundation. To this end, governments are now generally considered e-government information system included in the e-government content of an important position. Therefore, to ensure that e-government information innovation service is not achieved overnight, but rather an ongoing work, it is necessary to strengthen e-government information system, in-depth study, which is China's implementation of information strategy, based on information technology by leaps and bounds, maintenance of online and offline executive order and social stability to ensure the smooth progress of socialist modernization, and so on, will play a crucial role.This paper aims to analyze the present stage of e-government information platform and their environment, system shortcomings, to resolve our country's e-government information innovation service issues, to ensure the healthy development of China's e-government' s land resources managerment, thus contributing to government information, national information, social the process of informatization. The paper focused on analysis of e-government information network, the problems faced by security system, in order to solve these problems, given the information network for e-government network architecture design and system deployment, and through specific programs on the network architecture and service system to focus on analysis and elaboration.
