Design&Implementation Of Land Dynamic Supervising System On Land Resources E-government Paltform

With the growth of 3S integration,GPRS,3G/4G wireless communications,and other advanced technology,the land law enforcement supervision has developed from manual operation to dynamic supervisory.At present,the use of mobile terminal technology such as mobile search and investigation is more and more widely used in the construction of informationization of land resources,and has obtained many achievements.In the future,the technology will have a very good application prospect in city planning and supervision,city management,real estate registration,etc.This paper deeply studies on the land law enforcement supervisory business knowledge and law enforcement patrol mechanism,the various functions of land dynamic supervising system are analyzed,the system architecture,network topology structure,database and so on has been carried on the detailed design,based on the key technology of mobile geographic information technology,including pyramid tile technology,embedded GIS,GPS positioning technology,relying on land resources e-goverment platform,the land dynamic supervising system is constructed.It implements the informationization of the supervisory business,and has a great significance for changing the traditional model of land law enforcement and improving the level of the land law enforcement information.By using mobile terminals in the land resource dynamic supervising system,the data real-time transmission is realized in the process of land resources supervision,the efficiency and the flexibility of the land dynamic supervisory is improved,active attempt is made in order to realize the GIS spatial information sharing,interaction and application in land resource supervisory.
