MEMS acceleration sensors have been widely used in automotive industry, industrialprocess control,medical care,consumer electronics,environmental protection and otherfields.The annual demand is more than10million. However, its calibration test is stillcompleted individually, having poor efficiency, taking long time and high labor costs,and alsothe test exsists instability errors.This paper is around the design and manufacture of energy atdifferent temperature and humidity, as for volume MEMS acceleration sensors, aiming atcompleting automatically once the static gravitational field experiments and dynamic rollingvibration test equipment. The design completes the bulk MEMS acceleration sensors gravityfield experiment automatic rollover test platform which is applied to the device.Firstly, the paper introduces the history, principles, and test methods of acceleration, andsums up the implementation methods of the existing acceleration sensors gravity fieldtumbling laboratory equipment. On this basis, the over all implementation scheme ofplatform has been designed; the volume loading mechanism designed trough MEMSacceleration sensor,servomotor direct drive stepper within multi-position precision positioningmechanism,the stepper motor and ball screw linear composition sports organizations havebeen designed,too; With SolidWorks Software platform, the three-dimensional simulation ofthe assembly, the key parts of the finite element analysis and motion simulation have beencarried out.Secondly, the paper design completes the control system of the platform. By analyzingthe characteristics of the platform control system requirements and a variety of controllers,Mitsubishi FX3U PLC has been selected as the platform controller; VB has been selected aslanguage to be used to compile computer control software; to complete the design ofcomputer hardware and PLC communication module circuit; to complete PLC stepper motor control hardware circuit design; at last, to complete compiling the platform control software.Finally, the paper writes about that the test platform was debugged and many kinds ofproblems encountered during the debuggging and its solutions are briefly introduced; givesthe errors with paper design platform that may arise during the test and the methods to reducethese errors. Using this platform tests a certain model acceleration sensor, and throughcomparing the test data obtained with the parameters provided by the manufacturer, it isfound that the acceleration sensor parameters of this type of platform tests are moreaccurate,credible.
