With the globalization of manufacturing, the applications of NC machines are used more and more broadly. The demand for technical personnel who are good at NC is increasing and the conditions are also becoming more strict. Colleges and universities' laboratories are aimd to train high-tech personnel, so it is necessary for us to demand various types of laboratory equipments. NC machine is a typical electromechanical integration equipment, and Servo system is also an important component of the NC machines. The Servo system performance depends on whether the digital machine operating performance is good or bad.The servo system of NC machines is made up of three categories: DC servo systems; AC servo systems and stepper motors servo system. Servo-system is the important component of NC machines; Servo-system driven by stepper motor is one of the commonest ways in NC machine. This paper gives the design result for NC technology test-table control system on the fundament of understanding and studying to CAN bus. In the article, stepper motor controlled by CAN bus is studied; controller of single stepper motor is designed; the motion of step servo-system controlled by CAN bus is researched.The software and hardware interface of CAN bus are designed in the paper. The auther analyzes the performance of control system with the example of two-axis interpolation system and thinking of the stepper motor as a node.
