With the rapid development of network technology and the promotion of the information technology used to the management of enterprise, the mode of combining traditional monitoring systems and Web technologies together has become a hot topic of research and development of remote monitoring system. Build the remote monitoring system base on WEB has become a new direction of this field. The remote monitoring technology is a combination of network technology, computer technology and control technology, and in takes full advantage of the LAN network and the WAN infrastructure. The remote monitoring technology Provide a new effective Monitor methods to the factory internal monitoring and the trans-regional, inter-provincial monitoring and even the cross-border monitoring. The remote monitoring system has great significance to the reducing the risk of accidents and the reducing the day-to-day management. This paper studied the WEB-based remote monitoring system. In this paper, the system used Programmable logic controller (PLC) as a control terminal, and collected real-time data and transported the control information of the PLC by the host computer and the web server. By this way, the system can make the user to view the device status and analog data in a long-distance and in the real time. The system has great significance to the device control in remote or hazardous environments and the Remote fault diagnosis and maintenance. At first, this paper deeply analysis the current situation and development trend of remote monito ring technolo gy, and discou rses the back gro und, significa nee and content of the subject. Then it introduces the system’s B/S mode architecture, programming languages such as JAVA and JSP, and development tools. It detailed designs the various functional modules of system software. Finally, this paper concentrates on introducing the design and implemen tation of serial com munication and PLC communication programs which play an important part in Remote Monitoring, and the process of compiling PLC free communication protocol. |
