Along of the enrichment and development of internet application, many websites areunable to catch up with the stride of revolution based on business form and of numerousinformation reproduction. So they need to spend lots of time, money and vigor on dealingwith the update of info and maintenance. It will become more sophisticated that theannexation of interior and exterior nets when they are going to expand the website. As a result,customers will always run in a costly and inefficient cycle.In the past, the designs of website have many disadvantages: page production disorder,site style is not uniform, the accumulation of large amounts of information, publishing wasextremely heavy, complex content, the lower the efficiency of manual management, hand-linked video and audio information is often not possible; difficult to apply, a lot of workneeds to be completed with the technical staff, the role of the division of labor is not clear,the revised workload, poor system scalability, integration with other applications when it isreduced flexibility.Creator and information dissemination staff consider most about improving ease of useand functionality of the system, so this rises a demand on the site and informationdissemination tool.This topic is based on the above requirements, providing services to implement amanagement information system for SMEs to promote an effective solution to enterpriseinformation users and information dissemination website building common problems andneeds. The Web content management is the biggest advantage of the software, whichprocesses sound, feature-rich, the content can be categorized and authorized management tothe legitimate users to edit, without requiring the user to ignore those elusive SQL syntax.The topics use printing companies as the object of research, establish a web portal and online office system, which can be reused. Different companies can use configurationinterface and functionality according to their need. Each function points can be configured todisplay. Frequently used functions can be placed on the home page. Not commonly used orunwanted function points can be set up inside or directly into other masked, so that smallcompanies can take advantage of the system which requires only a small investment. You canbuild your own portal to promote small medium enterprise information technologyimplementation.The whole system is developed and run on the J2EE platform, the core developmentlanguage is Java and web development language is JSP. Common framework is Struts2,Hibernate and Spring. Development tools is Eclipse, back-end database systems is MYSQL5.1.5, Tomcat server6.0, Ajax’s implementation is JQuery.System consists of three layers: data persistence layer, business logic layer, presentationlayer. Data persistence layer is responsible for interacting with the database, the Hibernateframework to achieve; business logic layer processing business logic; presentation layer isresponsible for responding to customer requests, the page is displayed by the two parts of theMVC framework and JQuery framework of Struts2.Initially, the paper introduces the background and sources of the research, and gives thechapter structure of the paper; In the system analysis part, I analyze function andperformance and give a detailed system design; In system design part of the softwarearchitecture, function modules design, I give a detailed database design and implementation;In system implementation section, I discuss the process of realization of each function andgive a detailed process flow diagram; About system display part, I introduce the system’svarious modules screenshot interface thoroughly and then give the test results; Finally, thispaper summarizes the work I’v done and made the prospect topic.
