With the diversification and demand for broadband broadband serviceapplications continue to improve, broadband access way is to change theaccess mode, all the countries in the world have begun to implement"broadband fiber highway", to keep up with the pace of global information,the "Twelfth Five Year Plan period" China will "broadband China" isdefined as a national strategy, in2012, Jilin province also started overa period of four years of "broadband project in Jilin".In order to better meet the needs of the development of broadbandservices, the operators started a large-scale "copper back into the light",the fiber as far as possible to extend to the end user. The problem is,optical access network FTTB way corridor ONU equipment electricaldifficulties. Therefore, the process of construction and renovation inthe broadband access in optical network, how to solve the difficultproblem of ONU electrical equipment, is a difficult problem in theimplementation of PON network scheme.Firstly, this paper introduces several technical schemes ofbroadband optical access network, the application environment and thescene of various scheme comparison, the scheme operators used in broadbandaccess network is PON mode, the PON network implementation problem is:the transformation of the old district, power supply, ONU equipment theproducing electricity in many scenarios exist certain difficulties, thecorridor power extremely unstable (no backup power supply), cause ONUfailure, repair is not timely, user perception difference. How to solvethe optical access network in FTTB ONU equipment inside the corridor takepower problem, is a problem in implementing PON network scheme.At the same time put forward: in order to solve the difficult problemof ONU equipment to take power, using POE power supply principle, fromthe terminal user home to a special PSE power supply power for the ONUdevice, this is the concept of reverse POE. POE reverse power supply technology of broadband access network equipment and ONU binding is notmature, commercial rarely, this is a worthy challenge.Secondly, this paper has done a lot of research on introduction,POE power supply technologies of reverse POE working principle, equipmentinvestment analysis and related products and reverse POE productadvantages, feasibility from the practical, technical and other aspectsof the POE power supply technology of reverse.Finally, based on the application of broadband access network ofJilin Tietong ONU reverse POE power supply as an example, to explain theproject technical solutions, detailed studies of the project equipmentfunction, analysis of the investment cost and profit of project,introduces the POE contrast to supply ONU equipment and the actual inmaintenance and fault processing in the ONU electricity situation,through the Yanbian Tietong Antu Huarong cell EPON access network reversePOE power supply, Changchun Railway East Youth City GPON access networkreverse POE power engineering examples, to verify the feasibility ofreverse POE power supply.The major innovations of this paper are the followings:(1) power supply mode change of ONU equipment.(2) involved in the design and construction of reverse POE powersupply experimental application of network, and track maintenance,troubleshooting and electricity.POE power supply technologies of reverse its simplicity, greatlyreducing the cost of the project, solved the difficult problem ofelectricity, reduce maintenance costs, extend equipment life, and at thesame time, low carbon, environmental protection, energy saving, thereforehas the further research and application to the actual value of thenetwork.
