In the network era, the network extending in all directions benefit all walks oflife, for it provides convenient information service,makeing it in the direction of thenetwork, informationization, modernized to go on. In this situation, online recruitmentwork also presents some new characteristics of development. In the past, the recruitersrequires a lot of manpower, financial and material resources, doing well thepreparation work of recruitment, recruitment site and feedback after work. And, in therecruitment process, the information is provided by the applicant, it is difficult todistinguish the authenticity, so that the recruitment comes to be passive. With thecontinuous popularization of Internet, the recruitment site is replaced by the onlinerecruitment employrs grasped the initiative of the recruitment fimly. However,someproblems still exists more or less because the online recruitment.Ts in its initial sragesystem,the normative problems,working efficiency and so on. Deal with theseproblems, an urgent need to establish and perfect the online recruitment system,provide strong guarantee for the relevant work.Nowadays, recruiting talents from all walks of life work has a strong demandon online recruitment system. Labor export information, talent supply and demandinformation, recruitment information and other kinds of information management, isan urgent need to have a special online recruitment system.Online recruitment system with its recruitment cost is low, huge amount ofinformation, recruitment, recruitment cycle is short, the talent level and industryclassification meticulous, strong pertinence, win the favor of many enterprises. Onlinerecruitment, of course, also have the talent and coverage is not enough informationauthenticity and validity not guaranteed, the service depth is not enough. Therefore, tothe dialectical view of the network recruitment, should fully realize the advantages ofthis form of recruiting, and at the same time we need to clear the existing shortcomings. As a good thing, of course, is the inevitable developing trend. To this,we also should reinforce our confidence, believe that the network recruitment willbecome the mainstream form of recruitment. For the purpose of this study, it involveswider scope of business, customers, focusing on the large companies is given priorityto with social recruitment methods, and other related business. In this paper, based onthe study of the characteristics and regularity of recruitment, recruitment by servicemanagement as the goal, based on B/S architecture, to realize the online recruitmentsystem.
