In recent years, along with the rapid development of information science and technology, network communication technology, intelligent, information system has been widely used in manufacturing enterprises. And the information has improved the enterprises operating efficiency significantly. The information system improves the management of the enterprise, and also greatly improves the competitiveness of enterprises. Development of network technology and communication technology, Internet integration with traditional industrial monitoring networks, has become an important research direction in the field of industrial controlThere are many problems of traditional industrial monitoring and management system. Since there is no good system design framework, most of the business logic of the system design level is not strong, and coupling between layers is large, is not conducive to the maintenance and expansion of the system. Besides, the traditional thin client design framework is relatively simple on the page, the user experience is poor. Aiming at the system level is not strong and coupling between layers is large, the J2EE software design architecture is introduced. Complete the database using Hibernate persistence operations, and spring container is responsible for the business logic of the system. The effect of high cohesion, low coupling is achieved. Since the poor user experience of traditional pages, the RIA (Rich Internet Applications) is introduced in the system. The video surveillance module is introduced in the system, and for the current video surveillance video packet loss, jitter and other defects, an adaptive video transmission strategy is used in the system. In the video transmission process to design a simple congestion control algorithm, the client added double buffering technique, and improving the quality of video transmission. The system includes a server-side, PC browser and Android client-side.
