The energy holds the quite great proportion in the enterprise costs. But the using efficiency of some enterprise energy is low, the unit product energy consumption is high, correspondingly increased enterprise's cost, weakened enterprise's market competitiveness, therefore reduces the energy consumption is the important way of the enterprise reducing the cost. How to coordinate the relations of the energy and the cost, guaranteed that enterprise's economic efficiency in the intense market competition, is one which of important topics these enterprises face, is also this topic research significance is.Chooses the good architecture regarding the enterprise energy management system's development, the maintenance and the expansion has the vital significance. This paper proposes a system structure that is based on J2EE lightweight Web framework Struts+Spring+Hibernate, and applies the combinatorial framework to the system. So the codes are reusable and at the same time the project is more maintainable. The presentation layer was constructed with Struts, the business layer was constructed with Spring and the persistence layer was constructed with Hibernate in the framework. This paper starts with framework to framework integrating,to the application in enterprises.First, the paper introduces the technology and the background of knowledge associated with the development of the system. After the analysis of the system function and the entire structure design, then emphasizes two points. On one hand the paper introduces how to integrate the Struts, the Spring and the Hibernate, and explains with examples how to integrate them to apply during the course of the system's realization;on the other hand the paper describes this topic's characteristic and the innovation place, and take two modules as the example discusses the details of function realization.
