Highway tunnel monitoring system has become an essential part of highway tunnel. Ashighway “throat”, to solve the tunnel traffic jams and traffic accidents, has become the toppriority of the management and operation of the highway, and the basis for everything is tohave a sound tunnel monitoring system.The monitoring system software can be accurate and timely collection of work status ofthe entire management segment monitoring equipment, traffic conditions, environmentalparameters; macro-control on the main line sections and tunnels through advanced monitoringand management tools, to ensure that the whole road optimum operation and tunnels; timelydetection of accidents and help speed up the the accident processing speed, to preventsecondary accidents; timely notice of traffic congestion and blocking sections and evacuatedthe flow of traffic congestion, reduce traffic delays and losses, improve service level of roadnetwork.The entire monitoring system software for each subsystem (sections monitoringsubsystem, traffic monitoring subsystem, lighting control subsystem, ventilation controlsubsystem, environmental monitoring subsystem, fire alarm subsystem, an emergency callsystem, public address system, CCTV system, power monitoring systems, etc) for24hoursuninterrupted and reliable monitoring and control each subsystem co-operation according tothe acquisition subsystem work, a variety of situations to provide effective monitoring,unified and effective management subsystem data is collected, thus achieve mechanical andelectrical equipment, safety indicators, environmental parameters, effective monitoring,control, intelligent management, and accident conditioning regimen, improve the managementefficiency to ensure road safety, provide reliable for active prevention, dealing with incidentssafeguard.The system uses state-of-the-art technology, object-oriented development model, newcollection concept and control technology, can provide valuable real-time data for all levels ofusers, and effective monitoring and control of the underlying device. Software monitoring system communicates via high-speed Ethernet and remote PLC communication protocolMODBUS or PLC protocol. The monitoring system with integrated configuration as thekernel running on the tunnel monitoring station computer, electrical and mechanicalengineering monitoring system is the core software system. Software system for multiplecommunication protocols, flexible parsing of the Statute, on a high degree of reliability andreal-time basis to ensure detection and control, but also easy to operate, control security,seamless connectivity with a number of mainstream PLC equipment use, good scalability andmaintenance as well as broad applications.
