| Tunnel, part of enclosed and special structures, has the disadvantages that are high danger in driving, high accident rate and accidents hard to handle. How to ensure a healthy operation of highway tunnel, which is more scientific and rational, has become a priority in highway management. Therefore, the tunnel monitoring system is an essential guarantee to realize tunnel stability and safety circulation. Being aimed at the needs of the monitoring and management automation of highway tunnel, improving tunnel information level and taking advantage of technology of PLC and GE intelligent platform, the traffic monitoring system of highway tunnel based on ABB AC500PLC and iFIX5.0configuration software is introduced.This paper based on giant tunnel monitoring project, not only introduces the tunnel monitoring system comprehensively from the aspects of overall demand, system configuration, the integrated technology, design scheme of the system and the realizing methods of tunnel, also explains the structure of subsystems around, function realization, control mode and so on.The programmable controller, which distributes in the tunnel, is used to collect and control the information of sub area equipment in the tunnel, monitoring center system of PC uses the software which is provided by ABB to set up OPC server, data variables are uploaded to OPC server, then iFIX built-in OPC client driver reads the data from OPC server, at the same time the industrial Ethernet technology is combined to achieve to remote data communication of the highway tunnel. As the data communication link of system switches on, PC structures and the man-machine interface are designed reasonably by the powerful function of iFIX, At the same time, the data required by user can be deposited in relational database SQL Server in real time by programming background in the iFIX embedded VBA development environment VBA development environment the iFIX embedded VBA development environment, which is convenient for the user to use the historical data.Tunnel fan plays a crucial role in the maintenance of the tunnel environment, which is part of High power operation equipment in the tunnel, weather operate reasonably directly affects the funds invested in tunnel operation. At present, most of domestic tunnel according to the environmental parameter in the tunnel, adopt the control mode of traditional threshold to control tunnel injective flow fan. this control mode which controls the fans in tunnel in accordance with the environmental requirements, feeds back tunnel environment by using the CO/Ⅵ detector distributed in outfield,while the value of CO concentration and visibility detected are compared to the target threshold which is preset, the relevant data is dealt by the program scheme pre-implanted in PC. The threshold control which is relatively simple leads to be hard to determine how many fans to open, also the high power fans run virtually caused the waste of power resources. Here introduces the combination of tunnel distribution of programmable controller and PC programming to realize fuzzy control scheme on the jet fan, using the Matlab fuzzy logic toolbox to design fan fuzzy controller of tunnel and creating the fuzzy control rule table, with iFIX5.0and ABB PLC as a platform to realize the fuzzy control of the tunnel fan. The experimental results from the comparison of the experimental data of the traditional threshold control mode and fuzzy control mode show that the fuzzy control scheme not only saves energy, also improve the intelligent level of the monitoring system.Long time running results showed that the long tunnel monitoring system has the advantages of easy operation and maintenance stable communication, and improving the automatic management level of tunnel. |
