The emergence of the energy crisis, let people turn sight to the green energy and cleanenergy. Wind energy as a renewable green energy, its development has been paid more andmore attention. Wind turbine is one of the most important equipment in the utilization of windenergy. Because the wind turbines will have greater noise in operation, and higherrequirements for wind direction and wind flow, they are often placed in the remote andenvironmental poor areas.During the operation of the wind turbines, there are many factors that will cause wearand tear of turbine components. Once the wear and tear is too large, it will cause inevitableeconomic loss. In order to detect a variety of abnormal conditions in the wind turbines, weneed to use computer hardware and software technologies for the daily monitoring and statedata acquisition. So, we can make a deal in advance for certain exceptions, protect the normaland sustainable operation of wind turbines and reduce the costs in wind farm maintenance. From the design of the system and the implantation of three key parts, the thesisdescribes the related methods, processes and content. The thesis shows the results of thesystem design, and system implementation difficulties and key points. In general, this thesis can be divided into the following sections:(1) The system background and current status of the studyThe section analyzes the background of the system, and does some research on the statusof related technologies.(2) System designSystem design includes the descriptions of the overall design, software architecturedesign, module design and data design. These designs describe the structure and compositionof the system from different aspects.(3) To describes implementation process state data acquisitionThe thesis describes the principles and mechanisms of data acquisition, and sums up thegeneral approach and process of data acquisition. Then the thesis describes thecommunication mechanism of the serial port from mechanical properties and communicationprotocol. Finally, the thesis provides implementation process of data acquisition by the serial port.(4) To describe the implementation process of state data remote transmissionThis section includes remote data transmission mode selection, state packets design, sending and receiving of UDP packets based on the socket. The system access Internet by the3G and define the classes of messages with "Interface+Combination" approach. Sending andreceiving of UDP packets call the functions provided by the socket. But the most importanttask is to convert endian byte, fill the byte stream with data before sending, implement theasynchronous mechanisms, and unpack the received packets.(5)To describe the implementation process of the publishing of status information onthe serverFirst, the section describes the basic principles of the Web Service, the characteristicsand advantages of the Web Service, the main roles and interactions of the Web Service, theprocess and stages of the Web Service calling, the SOAP and its composition, and a briefintroduction for WSDL and UDDI. Next, the JAX-WS is chosen as Web Serviceimplementations technology. Again, the section describes Web Service encapsulation processusing JAX-WS. Finally, the section describes the process of using JAX-WS to develop Javaapplications to access Web Service process.(6) Summary and OutlookThis section summarizes the work done, and then gives some of the current deficienciesin the systems and further improvement in the future.
