With the explosive growth of data traffic, network utilization rate continues to rise,affected by the technical characteristics of TD-SCDMA, the scale of the industrial chaincapability, TD-SCDMA in transmission rate, operating costs, covering costs, userexperience, wireless bandwidth compared with the competitors have obvious disadvantages.Therefore, the evolution of TD-SCDMA network to TD-LTE network as soon as possible,effectively establishing TD system in future broadband mobile market, mobile Internetmarket, with market competitiveness, is an important measure to cope with competition,leading edge technology to keep China Mobile in new period.In this paper, through the investigation and analysis ability, the existing GSM networkand TD-SCDMA network can load the network construction business has been the numberof base stations and coverage conditions. According to the business characteristic ofTD-LTE, combining the present development situation of the service in the network makerational analysis and prediction for the business. Forecast traffic distribution of scientific,rational distribution network, balanced traffic, combined with the four coordinateddevelopment strategy, the key areas of TD-LTE network construction and expected trafficload. And the key technology and several TD-LTE network is studied, on this basis,determine the construction principles of the TD-LTE network combined with empirical dataof LTE test network. The main contents are followed:Coverage requirements in determining planning area, through the existing networkdata traffic analysis finds out data traffic hot spots, combined to determine the networkcoverage quality confirms TD-LTE network coverage solution initial network construction.And carries on the system to the present network stations investigation and analysis ofinterference, interference of base station found that high risk, put forward specific measures,used to determine the frequency of TD-LTE network. Covering radius to calculate theTD-LTE base station according to radio wave propagation model, finally obtains theTD-LTE network construction scheme. According to the network expansion, special scenesand technology development needs determine the antenna scheme.Through the network size estimate determines the number of base stations within theregion to development and the base station location. Finally it summarizes the TD-LTE network constructionscheme is feasible.TD-LTE also need to consider the practical deployment of TD-SCDMA system in thenetwork construction, not only from the planning scheme of the existing system, theplanning and construction of the TD-LTE network suit one’s measures to local conditions,also need to take into account the coexistence and balance operation system, in order tonetwork construction scheme for the perfect combination of excellent performance and lowcost.The research work of this paper can provide technical reference for TD-LTE networkconstruction, with theoretical and practical engineering significance.
