Presently,800 MHz wireless communication systems are employed in Shuohuang railway to provide locomotive synchronization control data transmission,which possessing smaller capacity,reliability,poor security,communication distance and other issues,have not meet with the 20,000 tons of heavy freight trailer a variety of sub-types and carrying other business needs.Therefore,based on the research of LTE-R technologies,we study on engineering and implementation technologies of LTE-R deeply for Shuohuang railway to increase the transport capacity.By participating in the construction of the project,the main work of this thesis is as follow.Firstly,Shuohuang LTE-R employ A,B network co-address redundant implementation of technical solutions and multi-priority business security mechanism.The network is designed of single-tier network redundancy and redundancy backup technologies.LTE base station(eNodeB)keeps the method of distributed baseband processing unit(BBU)and RF remote unit(RRU).All these achieved zero interrupt of the railway business,and ensured the safety and reliability of LTE-R system business.Secondly,the methods of installation and test are summarized and applied for the railway LTE wireless broadband communication system,which including the installation and commissioning of BBU equipments,RRU equipments,transmission equipments,antenna systems,power systems and environmental monitoring systems,etc..As a result,all these are come into being a complete and practicable method in the process of construction,and provide a model reference for the LTE-R heavy cargo freight railway.Finally,the classical wireless transmission model is analyzed.Based on this,the model is calibrated and the actual LTE-R propagation model is obtained.The propagation model can be combined with the geographic information to realize the LTE-R wireless network Planning and construction.Combined with the current stage of heavy-duty train LTE-R communication system business needs,focusing on the test data in the level,the uplink and downlink speed and switching events were analyzed.Through the analysis,the coverage rate is normal,the normal rate of uplink and downlink,switching success rate is normal,LTE-R network normal operation is good.Through the access success rate test,through data analysis,the overall network access in good condition,the indicators are far superior to the original GSM-R network.
