TD-SCDMA as China with independtent intellectual property rights 3G communications standard,the development of China's communication industry a hundred years in the history of a major brekthrout.China Mobile,as the business operator of TD-SCDMA,do all the work of construction and operation of TD-SCDMA to expand network coverage.Ningde began construction of TD-SCDMA from 2009,mainly convering the important areas of urban areas of Ningde.This article briefly describes the development process of TD-SCDMA,the key technology and its unique networking advantage,then,in accordance with network programming principles,it plans Ningde network strategies,in-deeply analysises the interference,dropped calls,coverage and other network optimization problems,and proposes optimization method,combining with the Ningde own geographical and business distribution.Finally,it analyzes and summaries typical cases of the daily work to enhance the quality of TD-SCDMA network, while looking forward to the future development of TD-SCDMA.
