Design And Development Of Real Estate Sales Management System Based On MySQL

Today, with the rapid development of economy, most real estate enterprisesexpand market and increase business sales by extending their marketing channels. Thesale achievement greatly depends on the management of the marketing channels andthe cooperation among channel members. Real estate sales management system isdeveloped oriented to property developers, which comprehensively increases workefficiency and simplifies tedious manual laborin the company. The dissertation putsforward the design and realization of real estate sales management system. In the firstplace, the research background and state of the art are presented. After that, the relatedtechnologies as well as the configuration steps and demands of the systemdevelopment environment are described. JAVA is chosen as the program language inthe development of the application software. The configuration procedures ofdevelopment environment using such as Tomcat, JDK are introduced in detail.Through the demand analysis based on related data, together with the demandinvestigation, the author describes the users’ need with illustration and explores thesystem development strategy and mode. On this basis, the design and realizationprocess of the real estate sales management system is specified. The real estate salesmanagement system presented in this dissertation realizes a number of functions suchas property information management, customer datamanagement, sales contractmanagement, account receivable management, comprehensive inquiry, systemmaintenance, etc. Through requirement analysis, the function modules of building andcustomer information are divided. Then the analysis and design of database are done.Furthermore, on the basis of MySQL design, database, datasheet and association tableare created, and in addition the system database realizes custom data sheet, house type sheet and contract data sheet. What’s more, the system achieves the management andclassified query of those datum mentioned above, which enables online management、online search、real-time statistics、sales analysis and rapid information exchange withcustomers. Finally, related environment configuration of Tomcat、 JDK isaccomplished, with JAVA as its language in the program development.The dissertation puts forward the design and realization of real estate salesmanagement system. Inconclusion, the author summarizes the whole paper, and presents the future researchdirections and emphasis.The system interface is terse, which is easy to operate and of practical utility.Thus, the system which manages real estate sales data efficiently, is of greatsignificance to the improvement of work efficiency、 standardization ofadministration、facilitation of transactions and promotion of the company.
