Design And Implementation Of Huludao City People’s Livelihood Information System

As information technology continues to improve the overall level of improvement, allwalks of life is gradually changing the way they operate, from a purely manual approach towardbeginning to change the way information technology, among these processes, the efficiency ofall walks of life continue to increase. Work in the form of changes in government agencies isparticularly important, and it is directly related to these sectors on how to better serve the public,improve efficiency, so that the labor intensity of government agencies to reduce the civil service,paperless office, saving office expenses, government agencies internal resources and skills arefully utilized.Especially with the introduction of the "State Council on promoting the expansion ofdomestic demand and consumption of information a number of opinions","the State Council onthe issuance of" five "national strategic emerging industry development plan" and other nationalpolicy, the development direction of e-government from the government office field graduallydeep into people’s livelihood, making government information can be open, grass-roots orientedto effectively benefit the grassroots people. This project is one of the sub-projects in LiaoningProvince,"people network" project, that Huludao born citizen information system, referred to as"the heart of Huludao public network" in the process of construction and implementation ofpublic Huludao Heart Network, the main contribution of this paper as follows:(1) Huludao needed public hygiene requirements and the daily work of the office, as wellas data and information related to people’s livelihood Huludao City currently has, the author ofHuludao born citizen information system needs analysis, by practical needs, setting the basicfunctional requirements and basic network performance requirements Huludao public mind, butalso for subsequent outline design, detailed design and implementation of the foundation.(2) According to the functional requirements of information systems of public Health inHuludao, Huludao people born on the outline design of information systems, performanceanalysis based on the results of a reasonable option for the system architecture, the B/Sstructure, B/S architecture makes Huludao relevant staff to the civil affairs department of thecity and the people can access information through the network, and introduces the realization of the public health system in Huludao related technologies to ensure the performancerequirements and the results of the system.(3) Based on the results of preliminary design, detailed design of the system, including thedesign database ER diagrams and tables of each module. Respectively, industry overview querymodule, policy answers modules, policies and regulations module, and work dynamic querymodule, the module for a detailed document communique process design, process design andrealization of Huludao according to public Health Information Systems.Currently, Huludao public Health information systems have been tested and have been usedin Huludao City, Liaoning Province, in the course of greatly improving the efficiency ofgovernment, the people’s livelihood timely feedback of information, have important practicalsignificance, to provide relevant applications to provide a reference.
