The paper is based on the new simulation device on the ground for60km optical cable as the object of study. It mainly solve the structural design and dynamic and static analysis of the drive system in the device.This paper introduces the advantages of fiber optic technology, its application in the military aspects—fiber optic guidance and developing situation at home and abroad. The device studied in the paper uses advantage of this fiber optic, it is used to simulate flight test through long-distance fiber optic. This device consists of control system, drive system, pay-off-rack and testing system.At first it make sure the structure and size of take-up pulley through Optimization and improvement on the basis of the previous design, it finish the dynamic and static performance analysis of the take-up pulley through the finite element software, and anslysis of the results, the specific size and the part diagram are confirmed in the end. Secondly it finish the structral design and installstion location of this parts on the shaft, structure and size of the shaft, it finish the dynamic and static performance analysis of the take-up pulley through the finite element software, and anslysis of the results, the specific size and the part diagram are confirmed in the end. The shaft is linked with take-up pulley through interference fit, it make sure the range of the interference fit based on the theory of thick wall cylinder, it verify the establishment of finite element model through comparison between analysis results of the finite element software and the theoretical results, the minimum and maximum interference are ensured in the end; it finish the structral design of the supporter and analysis of the results through finite element software, which meet the design requirements. At last it finish structral design of drive-system assembly and dynamic and static performance analysis through finite element software, which meet the design requirements.
