With the rapid development of large-scale electrical systems,such as aviation,spaceflight,ship,electronics,ordnance and energy,the modern electrical system is becoming more and more complicated and integrated.Complex electromechanical products contain a large number of flexible cables,rigid parts and flexible cable parts cross assembly,the reliability of the installation of the complex mechanical and electrical products have a crucial impact on the quality.Because the cable itself is a flexible body,laying process is complex and difficult to determine,not only need to be based on product features and performance requirements,but also need to take into account the electrical performance,electromagnetic compatibility,environmental conditions and other factors..Based on the actual engineering requirements of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation,the key technology of rigid-flexible hybrid assembly process planning and simulation is researched based on the virtual prototype-based radar design and manufacture integration technology of the national defense basic scientific research project.In this paper,the main work includes the following aspects:First of all,according to the traditional complex electromechanical products assembly,analysis of the actual needs of enterprises,and from the environmental performance,mechanical properties,electrical properties of the three aspects of the cable-specific performance constraints.The system framework and operation flow of the flexible assembly system are proposed.Secondly,according to the structure and characteristics of the flexible cable assembly,the rigid part model,the cable information integration model and the electrical connection model are mainly studied,and the rigid-flexible hybrid hierarchical association model is proposed.Thirdly,the hierarchical model disassembly method is proposed to generate the flexible cable assembly sequence and the evaluation of flexible cable assembly sequence is proposed.Finally,based on the research,the assembly process planning system was developed with CREO / TOOLKIT tool,and the flexible cable assembly was simulated on the IC.IDO platform by taking typical electrical cabinet of complex electromechanical products as an example.
