Along with accelerating the pace of urbanization, environmental problemshave become increasingly prominent.More and more people are aware of the importance and necessity of city greening management system construction andmanagement theory research. The botanical garden afforestation-on construction Changchun city, The great importance attached by the leaders and society, Therefore,rapid development,and achieved gratifying results.But because of problems of the traditional data acquisition method is extensive, green low precision, slow data updating etc.Seriously restricts the management level of changchun city landscape improvement.In recent years,with the developm-ent of mobilemeasurement,GIS,cloud computing and information technol-ogy.Using satellite remote sensing and ground mobile measurement forspatial complement each other and ground integrated data collectionscheme gradually mature.Changchun city greening management system with mobile measuring system for collecting road greening data, satellite remote sensing image interpretation space data and3D data based park,With the remote sensing satellite imageof historical data,1:5000DLG data,To establish the perfect combination of green,reality and history database,Through the development of specialized GISplatform,To reach the target of digital green resources, maintenance patrol gri-d, parkmanagement, decision analysis scientific.This paper focuses on the construction of mobile mapping system of there al3D data acquisition,processing and based on GIS system.In the process,mainly to do the following work to complete the whole project:(1) Mobile mapping system of green real3D data acquisition.Describes the structure and principle of mobile measurement system, Emphatically introduces the field data collection and data processing within the industry situation.(2) Check the data of mobile mapping system through the DLG data afterrectifying precision, The statistics to examine the elements of plane precisionand number of results wrong leakage rate, After inspection and acceptance team achievements qualified acceptance.(3) Construction of the garden greening database. The green complex dataand meet the requirements of gardens bureau, Follow the practical, advanced,open, standardization, safety and timeliness principle, Established contains multiple dat-a source database real image, remote sensing image, spatial data, Green data are divided into5categories, the18layer, and the data are coded.(4) Based on the above research,The development of landscape management system.Using J2EE and SOA architecture based on the idea of Java and MyEclipse as the development language, Using the Oracle10g database and theArcSDE database engine.Implementation of green data entry; Statistics of various types of green area; Statistics of various types of trees,shrubs,herbaceousplant growth and health; Analysis of green vegetation collocation is reasonable;Analysis of urban green space layout city park green space,attached green space, green production,protective green is reasonable; Research on street green community mechanism with ecological design is reasonable.Through these functions, Realization of digital city greening,science daily,As the auxiliarycity greening management, analysis and decision-making to provide strong data support....
