TDS is one of the outstanding stage results of drilling equipment automation which updates and develops.Compared with the hydraulic rotary type borer earlier,its advantage is very obviously.The TDS we study on in this paper is a drilling equipment with the integrative technique of mechanics-electronics-hydraulics and its drilling depth in theory is9000meters.The research on automation control system about the DQ-90TDS is based on its mechanical motion principle and its hydraulic drive system.We put forward the Distributed Control System for the DQ-90TDS in this paper. Siemens PCS7is adopted,and its configuration includes S7-300PLC control station and human-machine interface (HMI) which use WinCC flexible.This article analyzes the control station mainly.We will choose the hardwares to make the configuration and define the symbols and the addresses according to the the input and output points of DQ-90TDS.In this paper, the design of the control system of the whole top drive research can be divided into the control of main motor.The control of electromagnetic valve in hydraulic drive system,and sensor feedback to man-machine interface indicator which shows the function of the process control. PLC control of the motor include the main motor on drilling and buckle turning control.Shackle of inversion control and the main motor speed control at work.According to the main motor of TDS and reversing and speed working condition are analyzed and the required control program is writted.Main motor rotation program should take into account the torque sensor of torque signal feedback to the PLC.Top drive control of the hydraulic solenoid valve is the main part of the top drive to work.In this paper, on the top drive to vertical root shackle device of automatic control, as an example to analyze the motion. Writting and programming the output address symbol definition.The control of the signal lamp should first analyze their respective functions,write sequence function diagram,and write the PLC control program in the end.The whole automatic control of the DQ-90TDS is easy to get with reference to this case.
