Multi-motor synchronous control system is widely used in industrial area. The control system of the rolling production line researched in the thesis will synchronous control the motor accurately. Firstly the network synchronous control scheme of frequency conversion for speed is designed, which is based on the research of PROFIBUS-based multi-motor network structure, at the same time, the constituent parts of the control system are fixed, they are contain PC, control unit, actuator and PROFIBUS. Then the theory and the features of the multi-motor synchronous control system are analyzed, the software and hardware designs are raised, at the same time, the PID synchronous control algorithm is introduced in detail.The thesis mainly analyses the problems of the synchronous control scheme exposed in the practical application, and proposes solutions, then the new rolling machine has a better synchronous performance and the screw quality is greatly improved. The scheme is a reference or a guidance both in theory and practice to the achievement of high precision synchronous AC asynchronous motor control. The thesis also describes the software design structure of STEP7, and introduces the control programming method of PLC and designing of the man-machine interface in detail.Finally, the basic steps of the control system and some practical engineering experience found in the debugging process are summarized, some useful solutions to the regular problems are also proposed, those are all reference in the future debugging process.
